I have lost my faith in PTC sites, until I came across a site called Neobux.
This site - Paypal verified! - promises immediate payment. You get a minimum of 4 mails/day and payout of 2 dollars. The good thing is, you can HIRE referrals instead of looking for them. These referrals are only people who have been active over 10 days, clicking mails.
Believe me, this is one of the few sites that have a good community AND reputation.
